Scalar Infused CBD Oil, rich in omega 3, fatty acids, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron, has so many healing properties when taken in the correct serving.
What Is The Correct CBD Serving Size?
There is no absolute answer to this question, as there is no official CBD serving and the “one size fits all” method cannot be applied. Our physiology constantly changes and so do the receptors in our Endocannabinoid System (ECS) so, it goes without saying, that your optimum CBD serving will also constantly change. The way to determine the optimum CBD serving would firstly depend on:
- Your body weight
- Your body chemistry
- The CBD concentration
- The severity of your condition.
Using your body weight as a starting point, you would use 1 – 6mg of CBD per 10 pounds body weight. Starting with the lowest serving, you would slowly increase the serving size until your symptoms have been relieved. Some points to remember when you start using Scalar Infused CBD Oil orally are:
- Taken on an empty stomach, 10 minutes before meals, you should start feeling the effects after 20min. If taken after a meal, the effects can take up to 60min to be felt.
- The drops are absorbed quicker if placed under your tongue and held for 30 seconds before swallowing. They can also be stirred in water.
- Once opened, the 30ml bottle should be used within 60 days. Preferably refrigerated or stored dry cool conditions.
How To Calculate And Monitor The CBD Serving
A typical dropper holds 1 ml of liquid. To calculate how much CBD is in 1ml you would use the following formula:
- Total in bottle (mg of CBD) ÷ Number of milliliters in the bottle = mg / dropper.
e.g. If a 25ml bottle contains 1000mg CBD oil the formula would be 1000 ÷ 25 = 40mg of CBD per dropper.
Once you have calculated your starting serving according to your weight, change one variable at a time until optimum effect is reached e.g. if taking 12ml once daily, try taking 4ml 3x daily (increasing the frequency) before increasing the serving size. Use the same method of use e.g. oral, inhalation or skin absorption, until you are sure its working / not working. Don’t keep changing methods. Keep track of any changes you make, and the effect the change had, in a diary or spreadsheet.
How will You Know If You’ve reached The Optimum Serving size?
Scalar Infused CBD Oil is used to relieve conditions such as:
- Psoriasis and many other conditions.
Optimum serving size is reached, when you find relief from the symptoms of the condition you are taking it for. Remember, two people who weigh the same and are suffering from the same condition, may be on completely different serving size taken at different intervals via different methods. Calculation of your optimum serving by your weight is merely the starting point, for best results you need to tweak the serving size and frequency until you, the individual, find the relief you are seeking. Also remember that your serving size will also vary as your physiology changes. There are some signs to look out for that would indicate that you need to lower the CBD serving:
- A mild, low blood pressure
- Dry mouth
- Feeling lightheaded or very sleepy
- Change in appetite
Can I Become Addicted To Scalar Infused CBD Oil?

Can It Be Taken In Capsule Form?
Yes it can. At Miracle Balance our Scalar Infused CBD Oil capsules come in containers of 30 capsules. Each capsule is the equivalent of 25mg Cannabidoil. It is important to remember that when consuming via capsule, the bio availability is 6 – 15%. That means that for every 100mg taken in capsule form, only 6 – 15mg gets absorbed, so you may need to adjust your calculated serving size.
Your general practitioner should assist you by advising on potential drug interactions, because they know how the human body functions, but any CBD Oil serving size recommended, needs to be seen as a starting point of reference, not medical advice.
